Questions, answered
When am I charged?
At checkout, then the same day each month after that. Sales tax, or GST/HST in Canada, is added at checkout.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for, and you will not be charged again. Payments are not refunded.
Is Pro per watch or per account?
Per account. Every watch you set is checked every minute.
Does it cover my group?
Yes. A watch looks for all your seats together, up to six, so one Pro covers the party.
